Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer the following shipping options. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Standard Urban Shipping:

  • $5.49 for orders under $75
  • FREE for orders $75 and over
  • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days

Signature Required (Urban):

  • $6.49 for orders under $75
  • $1.00 for orders $75 and over
  • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days

Standard Rural Shipping:

  • $12.49 for orders under $75
  • $7.49 for orders $75 and over
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Rural addresses incur a higher shipping rate due to carrier surcharges.

3. Free Shipping Threshold

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free Standard Urban shipping. Rural customers ordering $75 or more receive a discounted rural rate of $7.49. The free shipping threshold applies to the order value after any discounts.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia. Please contact us at support@adventurecapitalists.co.nz for rates.

Please note: customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local customs authority. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate — we cannot redirect parcels once dispatched

6. Delivery Issues

  • While we pack all orders with care, we are not liable for delays or losses once a package has been handed to the carrier
  • If your tracking indicates a problem, please contact the carrier (NZ Post) directly with your tracking number in the first instance
  • If a package is lost in transit, contact us at support@adventurecapitalists.co.nz and we will work with you to find a resolution
